Finding news about your customers is easy. Knowing which of it matters isn't.

Hand Account Intelligence your account list and it reads the market overnight. The hard part was never the research. It's that almost none of what turns up means anything to the person who has to act on it. So the product isn't the research. It's the grading.

Account Intelligence

ONE NIGHT 23:00 07:00

Reads the market between 23:00 and 07:00, and holds most of it back.

Grounded, not guessed
It only reads pages that were genuinely fetched.
Built to hold things back
Most of what it finds, you never see.
Briefing only
It emails your rep. It never emails your customers.

How it decides

Every finding is graded before anyone sees it

Before 7am, five specialist researchers cover every account on the list: news, people moves, financials, competitive shifts and open RFPs. Then every single finding is scored one to five, on one question: does this connect to what the rep actually sells?

23:00 — research window opens 07:00 — briefing lands News People Financials Competitive RFPs ★★★★★ A direct line to what you sell, or they have started hiring technical staff ★★★★ Expansion, contraction, an acquisition, or a new VP or C-suite hire ★★★ A mid-level move, a financial result, or industry news naming this account ★★ Their sector is in the news, but they are not in the story ★ The search found something. It has nothing to do with them Nothing below this line is ever sent Still stored, so the account history stays complete Band height = how much of it there is
  1. 5 starsA direct line to what you sellOr they have started hiring technical staff.
  2. 4 starsExpansion, contraction, an acquisitionOr a new VP or C-suite hire.
  3. 3 starsA mid-level move or a financial resultIndustry news that actually names this account.
  4. The cutNothing below this line is ever sentStill stored, so the account history stays complete. Never put in front of anyone.
  5. 2 starsTheir sector is in the newsThey are not in the story.
  6. 1 starThe search found somethingIt has nothing to do with them.

The bottom two tiers are always the biggest. That is simply what the news is like. A tool that forwards all of it is just another inbox to work through. This one is built to be judged on what it holds back.

Why the signals hold up

The research is grounded, so a signal always traces back to something real.

It never freelances

The AI is not allowed to go searching on its own. Pages are fetched first, and it may only interpret what those pages actually say, which is what stops it inventing a plausible-sounding event that never happened.

Five angles, not one

Separate researchers cover news, people moves, financial health, competitive movement and open RFPs. Each keeps its own refresh window, because an RFP goes stale in days and a leadership change doesn't.

It learns your judgement

Disagree with a grade and change it. Those corrections are remembered and fed back into future scoring, so it moves toward what this particular rep considers worth knowing.

The outcome

The rep starts the day already knowing what moved at their accounts overnight. Not a digest to work through, but a short list of customers with something worth calling about, and the reason sitting next to each name.
